An minuite here an minuite there. 1 an hour of rest an hour of work. We know from college that cramming only seems to work for the moment not for the distance. How many people remember what they were suppossed to learn in college yet forget once the class is done. How many men die from exertion, stress, fatigue or ssimple over work or even simple fear of the un thinkable.
Einstein himself worked only till tired and slept only till refreshed. Thankfully Einstien also had a a mathician friend who had 18 yrs of patience to teach him so he could explain his theories and not just think them. We need to come up with ideas. Work them a little never a lot. Moved to another working a little .resting for new ideas and inspiration and coming back refreshed. No idea is bad no football sketch rotten only one ones approach or attitude to it. many anwsersss to complex problemss have come after sleep.
